Nomadic Creative Network is a digital platform about Central Asian creatives. The region's visual culture exists in scattered, disconnected fragments, separated by borders that nomadic philosophy never recognised. NCN is the infrastructure it's missing.
The identity draws from two nomadic systems of identification: steppe paths and balbals, tribal stone burial markers. Satellite imagery of the Kazakh steppe revealed trail networks that, traced at the right angle, read as letterforms.
Each letter is an artefact of continuous movement, given the material weight of carved stone. The platform is structured around the three letters of its name. N (Nomadic) holds resources on Central Asian cultural history and nomadic thought. C (Creative) maps the practitioners: designers, composers, researchers, art directors. N (Network) documents the spaces that gather them.
This is a personal project, ongoing. The current outcome is a full identity system and website mockup. The plan is to build and launch the live platform after graduation.
